She maintained her dominance, and won an even bigger victory against Tonya Avinger in UFC 229 with her next bout. Ladd stopped Evinger's fight after the opening round. Also, she was awarded an extra bonus for her performance that night. Invicta FC, a rematch of UFC Fight Night dos Anjos and Lee, she fought Sijara-Eubanks in her debut fight. The two fighters had a close fight that Ladd was victorious by a majority decision. Both fighters received an award called the Fight of the Night Bonus. Ladd's first loss came in her next fight against Germaine de Randamie in Ladd's first UFC main event fight. Randamie stopped Ladd in 16-seconds to break her losing streak. She bounced back and finished Yana Kunitskaya in the third round in UFC in ESPN 7. In a recent match replacement in the UFC, Norma Dumont was her opponent. The fight ended in a unanimous verdict.
